Most conventional jobs in the promoting business concentrate on account providers, artistic, or media. Account managers function the liaison between the consumer and the agency. Account planners research consumers’ attitudes, lifestyles, and behaviors to ensure their perspective is considered when creating advertising messages. Creatives (e.g., art administrators, copywriters, graphic designers) use these insights to help generate inventive concepts to craft the best messages for the consumer. The production group (e.g., web designers, photographers, videographers, video editors) then takes these creative concepts and turns them into actuality. In June 1836, French newspaper La Presse was the primary to incorporate paid advertising in its pages, allowing it to decrease its price, lengthen its readership and improve its profitability and the formula was quickly copied by all titles.
